- Orange (ongoing from 2005)

Project manager for business to business and consumer projects covering the UK, Western and Eastern Europe.

Working with Orange Group Market Research and various internal clients based in the Paris Technocentre, I take projects from brief to completion with little supervision. Projects are mainly in new product and service development and recently have included Mobile IP Centrex, Audio and Video conferencing, M-payment, location-based services and business self-services.

- Ofcom (The Office of Communications)

Edited the 2006 Strategic Review (Research Annex) bringing together findings from numerous research projects. You can download and read the report at:

- T-Mobile

Designed and implemented a new business Customer Satisfaction Measurement programme. Managed numerous ad hoc projects, mainly new product and service development and concept testing, over a five year period, working directly with internal clients.

- Syntegra

Designed and managed a new Customer Satisfaction Measurement programme amongst key customer groups including the NHS, Local Government, Air Cargo, trading rooms and trade settlement (Settlenet). Managed the quantitative element of the programme for over five years and conducted depth interviews with senior managers in key client companies.

- Shell International

Research consultant for a project exploring the potential for fibre optic telecoms service provision in a European emerging market. Led extensive consumer and business to business research.
